A couple staying in a cabin stopped by the tackle shop to ask about kayaks. I explained to them what Battle of the Paddles is, being from out of state they had to opt out.
We are having a nice little thunderstorm at the moment. It’s relaxing listening to the rain hit the roof, and the occasional boom of thunder. The sun is still shinning though. There have only been a couple bolts of lightning here at Anglers’ Bay.
