Anglers’ Bay Return & Refund Policy

Standard Returns (most items)We accept unused, unopened products returned within 30 days of delivery. You must provide us with proof of purchase (receipt, order #).
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the item has been inspected.
Shipping, assembly, and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping or returning the item in its original packaging and condition to our location.

Special Orders (including docks & boat lifts)
Special orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that they are in new, unused, undamaged, resalable condition.
A 25% restocking fee applies in addition to any shipping, assembly, and delivery charges (which are non-refundable).
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
Installed docks and boat lifts are considered used products.

Damaged, Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within ten (10) days. We reserve the right to repair or replace. (This does not limit any implied warranties under applicable law). If you are not satisfied with the repair or replacement, contact us within ten (10) days from the date of repair or replacement.
In the event of a dispute over repairs and replacement, your product may also be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.  We will involve the manufacturer at your request. If you wish to involve the manufacturer, please notify us within ten (10) days from the date of repair or replacement.

Ship returns to: Anglers’ Bay, 103 Drive 17, Cleveland, NY 13042. Keep your tracking info.

Notes
Processing times for refunds may vary due to your bank or card issuer.
This policy applies unless a different policy is clearly marked on a specific product page or sales document.
Consumers are entitled to a written copy of our refund policy upon request.
Cottage and boat rentals are subject to different policies; this policy is in effect for tackle shop items, special orders, docks, boat lifts, and boat sales.
We do not accept returns on live bait.
